No, you don’t have to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry instructions.
We understand that plans change. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.

While we take great care in cleaning, accidents can happen. If anything is damaged, we will address it immediately and take appropriate action.
We recommend booking at least a few days in advance. For peak times, such as holidays, booking earlier is advised.
To help us clean efficiently, we ask that you pick up personal items and clear surfaces. No need to do any pre-cleaning!
The time varies based on the size of your space and the level of cleaning needed. A typical cleaning takes between 3 to 4 hours.
