Our Cleaning Service provides housekeeping to numerous families and businesses across the Mobile and Baldwin County areas. To ensure you receive the best service possible, please review the following expectations and best practices. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us. Communication

  • Be timely: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee. If we do not receive a response to our cleaning reminders, we will assume the appointment is confirmed.

Preparation

  • Remove clutter: Before our cleaner arrives, please remove items from the floor and furniture. Cleaners will spend no more than 1 minute per room organizing and may pile clutter in one area. This ensures we spend our time cleaning the intended areas.

Linens

  • Linens: If you have opted for linen changes, please ensure the new linens are on the beds that need changing. We will place the old linens in a designated area for dirty laundry.

Valuables and Breakables

  • Valuables and breakables: Please inform us or remove any irreplaceable or fragile items from the areas being cleaned. While we take the utmost care, accidents can happen.

Grievances

  • Grievances: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We aim to rectify any issues promptly. The sooner we are aware of a problem, the easier it is for us to address it.
